Road traffic accidents are expensive and often frightening and now most drivers will have encountered a average 50mph speed limit on a fast moving road. Keeping both lane of traffic separate is the key to traffic safety, what happens when a driver looses control of their vehicle and heads for the other lane of oncoming traffic. That type of event has the potential to be a huge accident so having a proven barrier system in place that can keep the traffic safely separate deduces the risks for everyone concerned.

New BR22 Traffic Separators are now available to BS EN 1317 – N1 50 mph test. Designed to offer maximum safety this range of products is one of the quickest deployable barrier systems on the market. Very cost effective too, with up to 200 metres per load offering huge savings on labour and transport.

On impact, the RB22 Barrier system will bring an errant vehicle safely to a controlled stop. Manufactured for prime UV stable polyethylene which provides a versatile yet strong, semi-flexible one piece barrier system for easy handling and installation on site by your own work force or contractor with no need for costly crane lifting machinery for any given emergency set-up.

Deployed with ease the barrier system is locked together in the centre with a steel pin formation and for added strength two flat steel plates are easily screw fitted making the RB22 a strong and versatile barrier system to withstand impacts from errant vehicles.

Storage: Designed not just for deployment but also storage/transport and move ability barriers are stacked safely and securely with stacking locater points on the top and bottom of each barrier allowing them to be stacked in height helping reduce the cost of transport per metre and limiting storage space.
