LB/DD) is a heavy-duty solid rubber wall buffer that can take impact from HGVs usually when they are reversing. Manufactured in a tough tyre stock rubber compound the buffer will recover 99.99% back to its original shape when the load is removed.
The double cavity design ensures the buffer compresses and changes shape to accommodate the applied load, stopping damage to both your property and the vehicle.
The LB/DD wall buffer system has a two part fixing kit. The rubber buffer is cut to size at our factory, to fit your site or location. The powder coated black ‘U’ channels brackets, supplied separately, are securely bolted in place on the edge of the loading bay with sleeve anchor bolts.

Holes for the long shank bolts (fitted vertically) are drilled through pre-punched holes in the steel ‘U’ channels and then tightened to secure the Loading Bay buffer in place.
