The New Health and Safety Law Poster

Employers have a legal duty under the Health and Safety Information for Employees Regulations (HSIER) to display the poster in a prominent position in each workplace or provide each worker with a copy of the equivalent leaflet outlining British health and safety laws.

The new poster updates the previous poster, which was published in April 1999. To find out more, please contact us

Special - High Visibility Waistcoats and Warning Triangles
Warning equipment

Following other European countries, including Spain, Austria, Croatia, Italy and Portugal, the French government have decided that all cars must now carry one reflective waistcoat (which must be easily obtained without getting out of the vehicle), and a warning triangle in their cars. This will affect all tourists driving abroad, whether for summer breaks or skiing weekends; failing to comply risks a fine of between €90 and €135. Even if you are unable to pay at the time, the authorities are able to insist on payment whilst you are still in the country and may stop you leaving.

With these current dark mornings and evenings, this could be a good time for us all to get into the habit of carrying a reflective waistcoat in the car to be readily prepared for the unseen event of a breakdown.

Call us on 0121 446 4433 to order.
